Disclaimer About the Radiant Empathy Universe

The Radiant Empathy Universe is an original fictional creation of Dr. Kathy Marshack, developed for storytelling, education, and personal reflection.

Although inspired in part by actual places, including the Oregon Coast and Cascade Head Biosphere Region, the Radiant Empathy Universe, its fictional institutions, locations, and adventures do not physically exist.

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used to assist in creating and producing illustrations, characters, scenes, and other storytelling materials. The creative vision, psychological concepts, educational content, and overall direction of the Radiant Empathy Universe are developed and guided by Dr. Kathy Marshack.

Characters and stories may be entirely fictional or inspired by personal, professional, and historical experiences. Identifying details may be changed, and some characters represent composites of multiple individuals. Any resemblance to actual individuals does not necessarily indicate that a character represents that person.

The fictional stories and characters explore realistic psychological and relationship dynamics, particularly those involving neurotypical (NT) and autistic (ASD) individuals and families. Characters, dialogue, and events are fictionalized and should not be interpreted as factual accounts of identifiable individuals.

These stories are intended for education and reflection, not as a substitute for individualized psychological assessment or treatment.
